You should ask her out again and see what happens. If both of you are having fun then that is a good sign.
You should ask her if she would go out with you. “Would you go out with me” is more of a date than “hey you want do something tonight”. If she says yes then she is interested in you and you would know where you stand and won’t have to think about what the other day out with here was. Even if she says no lets just hang out as friends that is better than to just going around and thinking what she thinks about you.
