You can't they are a downside of success. The only way to really lose fanboys is to become unsuccessful. Stalkers are a downside of fame, however if you want fewer stalkers you really have to become less famous as a movie/music/(insert other here) star.
There have always been fanboys but the internet has given them a voice and their fanboy nature has given them the motivation to be heard. On the other side there have always been trolls. Trolls and fanboys are like sparks and hydrogren baloons, when they meet you get flames.
So whilst it looks like theres a lot of chatter their numbers aren't actually that great. They make up for their number with the number of posts. In any case not all of the fanboy chatter is actually just fanboys. Trolls are attracted to fanboys like predators are to wounded animals. Fanboys are the easiest to provoke and they are the easiest to recognize as they regail themselves with their chosen companies colours.
