Damn I missed the thread about Episode IV... (9/10 if you must know)
As for Empire Strikes Back it's a solid 10/10.
I love pretty much everything about it :
The Battle of Hoth, Darth Vader suppressing incompetent officers, the chase through the asteroids, the training with Yoda and most of all the duel with Darth Vador that is so much better than all the overblown fights of the prequel trilogy.
