I'd say its similar to Dragon Age in Terms of Performance. sometimes its very very fluid, and sometimes, it drops for like 15 FPS. :<

Oh Hell yes, i get Weapons, Gear and other things like Tongues, Hearts, and sometimes even Brains of the Undead out of almost every enemy. (if you dont take a look in your inventory for some Minutes, you may wonder that youve got 30 Swords 'til you last visited ^^)
About Magic.. hmnh, the first Skills you get are like a Fire/Earth/Water/Wind Ball, and something that comes like a Wave around you, if you are surrounded. and i know that you'll be able to summon Creatures, lots of them. but i dont have any further info just yet.
