Is sony's 2008 lineup as great as some proclaim?

People also said Sony's 2007 line up was unbeatable too, I can't say for certain the 2008 line up will also dissapoint, but if past experience is any indicator people's assertion's of Sony's future games should only be taken with a grain of salt.
