I'm thinking 750K now. America will be the bulk of Kinect's market I think, like the XBox itself.

Absolutely. Was there ever doubt that Kinect would do the most damage in the U.S.?  I thought the numbers were not for a full week?  Kinect will do well in Europe, but most likely not as well as in the U.S.  And in Japan...yeah.  Overall, this should be between your guess and mine.
