Your guess was crazily optimistic. Worldwide launches aligned Wii only managed 1.2 million.

But what about Oprah? Does her Oprah powers mean nothing? Damn. I really wanted that cookie! I mean, I REALLY wanted that cookie!! Well, with Microsoft predicting 5 million sold befor the end of the year (I think I read that right--and hopefully they ment to the public and not to retailers), I just figured...... Well, how many units did the Wii sell by the end of 2006?
