I understand why we (America) needs a military and to be omni-present the world over. But no, I wouldn't die for my country. I have a pretty good idea why we're currently fighting in the Middle East (thanks to EDF 2017). The money we waste on Weapons is ridiculous though. I have a real problem with spending millions on tanks, jets and missles we'll never get much use out of. Then giving them to other nations (who may very well later use them against us). We waste millions on weapns while our tunnels and bridges deteriorate and our educational system becomes an even bigger joke.
