I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.
On a more productive note I actually experienced the exact same thing you did. Uncharted DF had more satisfying shooting mechanics to me. It was a tough game on higher difficulties and the shooting took a good amount of adjustment to get used to in comparison to other TPS. It was very rewarding once you got the hang of it. I equate it to Transformers 1 and 2 except in the case of Uncharted, part 2 didn't suck. Obviously the second one had a bigger budget and enhanced a lot of what made the first one good (in the case of Transformers, the insane CG; in the case of Uncharted story, presentation and characters) but seemed to detract focus from what made it special (Transformers 1 had well choreographed robot fights; Uncharted 1 had the tough but rewarding gunplay).
