Super Meat Boy should be on that list. This game is freaking awesome and should be played by all fans of old school platformers. 300 levels, multiple characters, and bandages to collect, plus teh internets mode for more and more free levels. So for me, Super Meat Boy will be the best.
Chalk Donkey Kong Country up for the other two categories.
