Yes, it is. Fable 3 isn't bad, but I only thought it was "good", at best. If you've seen any of my Fable-related posts, you'd know how much I wanted Fable 3 to be better then Fable 2. But it isn't.
Fable 2 is still the best in the series by far, imo.
GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
