Then there are dumb asses that think the sentence is not a big deal if it's dealt so lightly with and do it without fear, being civil has never worked in human adult society as a whole and I don't think it will change anytime soon, my opinion is never, people will be that way until the end of the human race.

that differs by state, you can get 20 years or more in some for rape and child molestation, consective life time or death sentence for 1st degree murder, multiple lifetime or a lot of years depends on how serious the 2nd degree murder is in most states, not sure if they get death in some states when too serious. Then there is the good behavior bullshit which lets you out pretty early so you can do it again or something, its retarded, death is so much easier.
