I dont think criminal sentences get much worse since once you leave jail after 12 years your basically fucked.

Then there are dumb asses that think the sentence is not a big deal if it's dealt so lightly with and  do it without fear, being civil has never worked in human adult society as a whole and I don't think it will change anytime soon, my opinion is never, people will be that way until the end of the human race.

sry for being uninformed but how many years do people with rape charge,1st and 2nd degree murder, and child molestation get?
