no offence but its probably because Canada isn't very influential,its just not one of those famous places.They want to hit somewhere right in the heart of western life,showing they can hit anywhere but Canada is not one of those places...plus i don't see why they would be interested in hitting Canada anyway because it hasn't had a huge role in the middle east.
