Not all retailer's do this. Instead of making it a voluntary thing,it would probably just make it mandatory and fine retailer's that don't go bye the law. All it's going to do is hold the retailer's accountable. The parents can still buy the game,for there kids. I don't think it's pointless and I happen to agree with this. lol

well i'm sure there are more implications from this then currently seen and thats the fear from all forms of media at this time; thats why this is such a big deal, but if all there doing is putting some back bone on the law then i'm with you, but if there are some unforseen implications or agenda's behind this then fear for your fredom of speech.
