the PC was set to 1280x720 (or something like that) to match the Console's Resolution, of course it could be set to 1080p.

yes indeed, on the pc you can customize your games' resolution, that doesnt change that from those screenshots the ps3's has the highest resolution.

i wonder if the pc version has lighting options that can be changed
