What does PSP2 need to compete against 3DS?

DS couldn't do PSP like good graphics but PSP could have done both but they didn't

Yes it did, the console was much more expensive than DS at launch. And that played a major role on sales.

 

yeah the price always matter but it wasn't that much difference at start

 

when games stopped after piracy it just dropped dead.i mean just look at the sales figures
