The definition clearly states communications in regards to other people over the internet. This really is nothing. It's not like anyone had any privacy anyway. If you use the internet you already forfeited it. If you really want privacy in gaming. Don't get one that connects online. If you want privacy period. Become a hermit. |
Facebook can't upload to its servers your pictures and videos unless you do it. So the issue is to know whether Kinect gets your videos when you are playing online multiplayer, and this would be normal (but there should be the option to not transmit your images, but just your moves in the games, if you so want, for example you could be a nudist gamer and wishing to be seen only by people considering it acceptable), or if it does it by default even if you aren't playing online and if you didn't authorize it, this shouldn't be allowed, it's against any privacy law of any civilized country.
