It's not that simple.
A lot of those RPGs is made by small teams in PC dominated countries hence why they find it much much easier to port to X360 (Risen, divinity2, venetica, sacred2 which got really badly delayed on ps3)
In fact i think that's a second big game made for PS3 by Polish developer (first is Call of Juarez).
