Now if the standalone units are selling out to the current core crowd then that just bodes well for the more casual audience as well. I for one believe MS plans to use more of the manufactured Kinect's in bundles rather than standalone. I would think 2 or 3 to 1. |
Of course MS wants to sell more consoles. And Kinect should cause a considerable bump in console sales combined with the remodeled box. But the standalone selling well is also a good thing. Its great for the devs too. The more of them that are out there the better a position these companies will be in to turn a profit.
