MS: Hybrid control 360 games coming

I think most of the hybrid games won't require you to use KINECT....it will most likely be optional.

Better be, I'd be seriously pissed if I couldn't enjoy Halo4 because I didn't have a Kinect

I think (or hope at least) MS knows better than to make you need KINECT for games like Halo and Gears.  I'd bet it will be like Forza 4 where its for simple little things like head tracking in races or bending down and moving your head to look at your car.
