Something I noticed is since renting games from lovefilm I'm spending less time on games I own, I've not played SSFIV anywhere near as much as SFIV even though I like it more.  My playtime on RE5 Versus mode dropped a lot too, as well as some other games.

 

I've also bought a bunch of PSN games and not played them either fully or in some cases at all due to time, I got Dragon Age Ultimate Edition over a week ago and its still in its wrapping (though to be fair I've sunk a lot of time into New Vegas which I got only a week before it).

 

I think what it is, since I get 4 games allowed per month I try and burn through the rentals in order to make use of all 4 since left overs do not carry over to the next month.

 

I'm going to stop doing it though, I realised what I was doing a few weeks ago, even though I'm done with Mafia II I've kept it at home just so I do not get any new games sent to me.  Thinking I might rent some movies with the slots instead so I can let myself enjoy the games I buy better.

 

Cammy getting a catsuit alt in SSFIV in 2 weeks may have influenced this slightly.

I've had the same 2 gamefly rentals for the last 6 months...( one of them I have yet to even put in the PS3..)

Not efficient at all in term of savings...

basically I paid 120$ ( 20$ *6) to keep 2 games for 6 months and both of those sell for 15$ each used...

And despite not getting my money worth on that I still have a few games I bought wrapped in their plastic ( Borderlands and Heavy Rain...).

I blame Madden 11 and NBA2K11......
