OK, I don't know jack shit about America....but I ordered the Ghost of Sparta PSP and had it delivered to my cousin in Wilmington...shipping is being done via UPS, so I can track the package.

I'm very confused about the last 3 updates...I read on wiki answers that it takes 30 minutes to go from Newark, DE to Wilmington, DE.
But after the "out for delivery" thing @ 7.23 AM, and after 1 and a half hours pass, the package is back @ Newark ?
Could it be that my cousin was sleeping his ass off and he couldn't pick up the package ? What would happen then ?
Maybe I had it shipped to a wrong address ?
WTF is going on ?!
