YES! So happy if this is true. Best rumor I read all month. I've been waiting for another reason to play through MGS4 for my 4th time 
And an MGS Collection!? OMG. I would love to play a HD remake of Sons of Liberty and Snake Eater. Especially Snake Eater... and of course the original Metal Gear Solid! Hmm maybe they can use the Gamecube assets to remaster an HD version of the original...
