Guess if they are going to count this toward the 5 million sales expectation.

IT's approximately 4K units I think (from the release).  AND it took exactly 2 responses to try to change a positive 360 post into a negative. HAHA.

It's great that these kids are getting a free console.  It really is.  But this is not generosity from Microsoft.  It's PR, and everyone knows it.  Let's not fool ourselves by bending over forwards for a company (and any company for that matter) that always looks at their bottom dollar before caring for the unfortunate.

Did you even read the article? lol

That's why they donated $150 million to the boys and girls club previously? Do you not think Mark Wahlberg might have been a big part of it himself?

Large corporations are always donating to charities. I can't believe you guys don't think that any corporation ever donates a percentage of its profits  to charity ever. 4000 xboxes is basically nothing, barely $1 million. They have donated way more computers and software to schools/charities/3rd world than you know about, this is just a tiny itty bitty part of their philanthropy. Yes, a corporation's job is to make money first and foremost, but once you become large, you also have a responsibility to be ethical and charitible if you want to keep investors and business partners. Nobody wants to be associated with a sleazebag.
