The government should impose the law saying "It should be up to the parents" is just wrong on so many levels. There are a ton of irresponsible parents in this world, are you saying the government shouldn't intervene?
Government intervenes tons in the life of children. Think about all the children taken away from bad homes, etc.
Hear about this latest story of the mother who was getting her 1, 4 and 6 year olds high on marijuana? Anyone who says it is up to the parents on video games obviously must agree with that mother then?
