This game isn't worth buying the exclusivity for. SO3 sold 1.3 Million copies in Japan/North America, which is respectable, but not amazing. SO (sales wise) has always been a complimentary game. One that you really wanna try, but you generally don't buy a system just to play it.
I could see a Multi-Platform release, but that part about the PSP is intriguing.
