As long as they sort out the price i'll get it. the problem with the 3DS is that it will be expensive, if Sony can incoperate good features into that while maintaining a lower cost than the 3DS it could do very well. the only problem is the 3D tech, can Sony have something as innovative as that - or will they also use 3D.
