This isn't "great" for my age (I am 31) however I just started to save about 5 years ago, so I think I am doing fairly well, and should have a million in 20-25 years hopefully.

How did you get started on the stock market?

I'd be interested in buying some stock too, unfortunately I'd be all by myself on that and I don't know where to start.

I buy stock through my company.. and the RRSP's as well..  they hire people to manage it for us.  You can always just do it yourself through e-trade..  I've always wanted to buy like $500 in stock just to see how I do, like a year ago I should have bought oil futures when it hit like $50 a barrel - now it's back up into the mid 80's
