I agree that it has nothing to do with the 360, i think that they have over 5 years development, a brand new game engine and 300 memebers of staff, its down to poor choices at the managment level that they couldnt implement more features imo. i remember theres been a recent buzz on the internet about this recently, because we've heard that the production team had a lot of unused assets, a lot of time was wasted because of an incohesive vision. the only thing is that the game might have been out faster had they not taken time to port over to the 360.
