Since I'm so happy with Fable 3...

Story/Gameplay Tweakes

I think that Fable 4 should be a continuation of Fable 3! It should take place two years after fable 3. You play as the king again, but this time, you make judgments from the start to the end. In between the judgments there will be quests. Your judgements will be more effective if you have followers. I think there should be a researching system in which over time you discover new inventions (Similar to civilization revolution). So let's say you build a school as king, the more followers you have, the better their education will be and the faster you will be able to research inventions. Some judgments will require you to have a certain amount of follwers. be able to choose what interactions you want to do. There should be a actual number of followers you have in the sanctuary. I think you should be able to choose when you want to start the judgments. For instance, if you are right about to start a war with another country, you raise taxes. Then when the war is finished, you can lower them. In other words, be able to change the way things are at any time.

Story

Creatures from another world have been sighted in Albion. You, as king, have to find artifacts, ruins etc. and figure out how these creatures are getting here. Once you figure out this puzzle, you have to pass judgments that would stop them from coming. For instance, if you figure out that the creatures affect water, you will pass a judgment saying people cannot drink from the wells so that they do not get affect. If you want people to listen to you, you must have followers. The second half of the game, you will build a grand army, then take ships to the other world and take the battle to them. If you raise more money and followers, you will have more troops. This will ensure you have less fighting to do. In order to command your troops you have to do it ahead of time. This will be done in a strategy game type of system. You will have whatever amount of troops you have, then you will tell them which cities to attack. You then get off the boat and fight normally.

Decision Ideas

(Coming soon)

Areas

All cities on the continents should be connected, no loading screens. That means that there will be much long distances you will have to travel. I will tell you my solution under new concepts. They should keep Albion the way it is, just make the cities larger and make it so you can go through the entire continent. (Yes this means you can go anywhere on that Albion map in Fable 3). It will have large grasslands. You should be able to do the same with Aroura, But I think they should add a city or two to that continent. They should introduce a new continent called the "New World" with five cities you have to eventually attack. You get to name the continent and cities after you claim them as Albion.

Technical Improvements

Graphics should be a little better than Fable 3. Areas should be larger and more massive, more flat land to scale. There should be more plants and taller trees. Twice as many enemies on screen at once. Eliminate lag in cities. Make sure there are no glitches. (I think they got it right with Fable 3). Polish the heck out of it.

New Jobs

I think they should bring back all old jobs, and add new ones. Have woodcutter, blacksmith, assassin, catching criminals, bartender, lute hero etc. But add the following: Cow milker, Actor, farmer, merchant. You should also be able to get followers by doing jobs well.

Quests

I like the variets of quests in Fable 3, let's just take it a step further. there should be more quests where you dress as an undercover man, then have to stealthly assassinate someone. More areas should be uncovered while doing quests, in other words, only make some places accessable if you do the side mission. Make a mission or two where you have to run away and escape grand theft auto style. Here's what Fable needs, are you listening? MORE PUZZLES! Add some more Zelda into the mix, I want to use my brain and figure stuff out. They have the line that shows you where to go so the least they can do is add more difficult puzzles to solve.

Combat

Combat has improved in fable 3, but add further on to it. Instead of three upgrades on each gun, bump it up to five. they should add a few more different spells, instead of the five (I think) they have now, make it ten. Keep the spell weaving feature. Other than that, I have no problem with the combate. Morphing needs to actually to something, for instance let's say you have your wings out, that should do an extra 5 damage or something.

Online

Now that co-op is good in fable 3, they should keep it the same. I havent used co-op that much yet but when I played it with a friend, the treasures didn't save on my game when I found them. they need to fix this. Now, fable 4 needs some sort of competetive mode to so people don't turn in their fable 4 disks. There can be 3 different types of multiplayer modes.

Team deathmatch- 4 players vs 4 other players, use your best spells, weapons etc. Win 5 seals for every kill

Treasure hunter- 4 teams of two do the same missions, the first group to get the treasure and bring it to bowerstone without dying wins 10 seals and wins what's in the chest

Good VS Evil- Two people are good guys, Two are bad. The bad guys have to steal something and escape, the good guys have to catch the bad guys before they escape. Winning team gets 15 seals.

Customization

I like what they did with Fable 3, However they took out the jacket layer, add that back in. Make facepaint. Be able to level up your clothes. For instance if you do ten quests in it, it will 5 defence for you. Be able to choose what voice your character has in the beginning of the game.

Mini Games

fable 3 only has one real minigame (Mortor game). They should have three to five in Fable 4. Including, fishing game (For gold), Horse racing, Mortar game, Pistol Practice, and Hobbe slaughter spree (Kill hobbes faster than oppenents)

Collectables

keep having thing gnomes/gargyole type things. Have 75 silver keys this time. have the five gold keys again. This time, have a bunch of ancient artifacts hidden throughout the whole game, then you have to piece them together to find out where it can help you. Have 60 hiddent plants throughtout the whole game. Fifty hidden books, 30 Albion, 20 New world.

Demon Doors

Keep Demon doors. Have 5 demon doors, then have 5 demon trees that talk to you to mix it up a bit. A demon tree will take will open up and take you underground.

Voice acting

Amazing in Fable 3, Just keep up the good work.

New Concepts

Now that all cities are connected, there will be long traveling distances, introduce horseback riding! Each city has three to choose from, brown, black, and white. If you do not wish to fast travel you can use a horse. You are able to use any firearm on the horse. You may use your sword after it's level 4. Spells can be used only while you are not excellerating on your horse because you have to aim it. They should bring back the fishing and add deep sea fishing. It will serve several purposes throughout the game. You will have the ability to interact with animals and this will help you finish a couple quests. It will help you figure out weather patters. And what life is like around those parts.
