So the guys main complaint is that they give you enough money to either choose to be good or evil in a game that is built around choosing to be good or evil? That is a draw back? His whining that there is no good reason to choose evil over good is also just dumb. Historically anytime people rise up to depose some great evil dictator there is a new, great evil dictator put in his place and nothing changes. Evil people aren't some unified front. Why does he blindly assume anyone "evil" must want to work together?
