It seems to me a bit early to make a comparison since we don't know anything about PSP2 but rumors, however considering the rumors you posted I'm still much more interested in 3DS.

-Dual analog sticks-->Thi is interesting but if those are as small as the one on PSP I don't care it's unconfortable. Also considering the slide pad, the touch sceen, and the motion sensor, the 3DS has got already 3 diffent analog imput systems (the Steel Diver demo is a good example of the motion sensor capabilities)

-Big HD screen-->I'm not a graphic whore, even if it's not HD, the 3DS system is good enough for me in the visual department, btw 3DS>Gamecube comparing Snake Eater 3D to Twin Snakes and Res Revelations to Res4.                  Also when it works as it should in gaming 3D>HD imo I had the chance to try some games in 3D, to bee precise I've tried Dead Space, Resident Evil 5, the Avatar game, Burnout Black Box (on the other hand for movies HD>3D). 2nd If the screen is very big it also means that the console is very big, if it is an handled it has to be small imo (also DSi XL is useless imo)

-Backside touchpad--> I can't think of how can you use that in games, also as it is it sounds uncofortable,...try to make some precise movements with the middle finger while  thumbs are pressing front buttons, while also holding the console sound a bit complicated. However if I will like or not this rumored feature will depend on how it is integrated on the console.

-Smatphone Capabilities--> I don't see the point in having smatphone capabilities on a device that it's not a smartphone, expecially if it is much bigger (considering the sceen), the only smartphone-like capability I care of is web browsing and 3DS can already do that.

But still the thing I most care about are games, atm the 3DS lineup is impressive, I may reconsider all of this when I know what PSP2 has to offer.
