Carne Asada is damn good. Too bad I live in Japan where there is no carne asada really, not unless I make it myself. But I can never get to come out great.
Anyhow, those tortas in the final pic are to die for. I can't remember how many times I went down to Mexico and had them in Tijuana, Tecate or Ensenada from vendors off the street. They always tasted better down there than at the restaurants in San Diego or LA. Seriously, I could so go for one right now. Best food ever closely followed by the Mexican taco with deep fried battered fish.
