Your predictions are not crazy, all are very possible, but I seriously doubt Fable III selling 5 million, as that is almost double what Fable II got in terms of sales. Plus, the reviews were generally a tad lower, and while the pre-orders were quite high (I think 850 000 or something like that), I doubt the game will have the serious legs needed to reach that number.
