It is actually, SCEA is the parent division of SOE , and they're no longer independent. "In April 2006, Sony Online Entertainment, Inc. became Sony Online Entertainment LLC, owned by Sony Pictures Digital and Sony Computer Entertainment America." "On March 13, 2008, Sony Online Entertainment announced that Sony Computer Entertainment will have direct control over SOE." and if you think the 3DS remakes are pretty different then you might want to add Sly collection for example since that added Move enabled Mini games and 3D. also i mentioned Eyepet (PSP) because you mentioned Fable 3 (PC) , its the same game but released on different platform, also for clearance Playlogic WAS going to develop Eyepet until they went bankrupt , now its being developed by SCEE |
Did you read what I wrote? SOE isn't part of SCEWWS, despite whatever divisional restructuring Sony Corp is doing. They've kept their development studios separate, they're still self publishing PC side, they're still functionally a different division of Sony, even though they report to SCEA now. Besides, most of SOE's games are likely vaporware. :P
I did add Sly Collection... where it belongs, in the 2nd/3rd party category. ;)
And Playlogic was still fulfilling all contracts afaik, meaning they'd still have been finishing EyePet PSP. Hell, the game was likely near finished before they filed for bankruptcy 3 months back, I doubt SCEE "started over" in that little amount of time given the game releases next week.... do you have any source saying otherwise?
