I think leave your cards fan control to auto. Unless it gets really hot, but graphics cards are made to work in high temps. My 8800gt gets 78 during summer. I don't know if there is any other program for ATI cards to adjust your fan control.

About the comment on newegg, if it really happend to this guy then he is very unlucky and he should blame the brand of the card etc Asus Msi. I surely was going to be mad too, but leaving a comment stay away from ATI cards is wrong and he should not tell to people what to do.
I despise these kind of people, especially fanboys that are stuck in the head on a brand, console or anything else. Everyone has a right to like a product more but leave everyone else to their peace, and don't state false statements unless you have really tried the other products.
