It'll  happen, but for most of us the biological imperative will be the victor.

1. In a world like that could you ever fall in love with an Android?

I would never say never but its unlikely that I personally would.

2. Would you always feel they have a "fake" personality based on trying to adjust to the new trends?

We're simply biological machines, if they were advanced enough then it wouldn't matter.

3. Would you always feel they have been "programmed" to act in this way?

We're programmed to act in certain ways based on our genetic code and the way we're nurtured. So again, if a machine is advanced enough they would be as sentient as we are.

4. Would you be afraid of what your "human" friends/families will think?

No, since my family and friends are very forward looking.

5. Would you regret not being able to have a child?

Yes, and that would be why I probably wouldn't enter into a serious relationship with such an android, the biological imperative would probably win out in the end.

6. How will you make a difference between whats "real" and what isn't? Because we are all also run on a genetic code, the DNA with the 4 major bases (ATGC). Similarly these androids will be running on a code of zero's and one's...

No difference if the machine is advanced enough. Since I don't think souls exist I would be hypocritical to think there was a difference.

7. In the future do you think this could actually become a serious ethical issue? By the future we mean possibly several centuries in the future......

Yes, but moreso in the way that we'll probably continually make more advanced robots that we'll use for labour and they'll eventually become sentient and then we'd have to adjust our laws and culture to accept this. Laws for humans will probably be applied to robots. Or we'll have a war. Probably the latter because humans suck. We'd win I reckon because we're fucking bastards.
