There are, so far as I can tell, no Move ads or any advertising really aimed at existing users or titles. There is no doubt Sony is making sure some existing owners have a reason to use it, but all the messaging is both for the new, Move specific titles, and the style and tone of the ads don't look to me like they are trying to convince someone playing MW2 all day to give Move a go.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
