Certainly a more measured and mature response about a competitor than what's been seen from the Big 3 industry reps in the past. BUT, Greenberg is still selling Sony and Move short as a way to promote his product (nothing wrong with that, it's part of how you market your product). He's suggesting Sony's primary strategy is to tack Move on to existing products as an optional control device. When we all know there are plenty of Move required games out now, and there will be more to come. So there are games being designed exclusively arounf Move.

What is half true about Greenberg's statment on Move is that an important part of the Move strategy is to get people to use Move for titles that are Move optional (like Heavy Rain, MAG, SOCOM 4 etc). And it's working, people are enjoying playing the likes of Heavy Rain with Move. This is certainly a significant difference between the Move and Kinect strategy. But it's wrong to say Sony is purely targetting existing owners. "significantly", "primarily", "substantially", yes  I would totally agree with those sentiment. "Purely", no that's hyperbole.

My thoughts exactly.

i'll third that! wait is that possible?
