March sounds way too early to me. I honestly expect Kinect to connect 360 to a new market, so the hardware numbers should rise off that even if software is not massively influenced outside core Kinect titles. If 360 is caught up with, and that's a big IF, I can't see it happening before Q4 2011, and probably not even then.
Then again, as other threads have shown, I'm crap at predicting anything.
