There is also rest of the Europe outside of UK. Also Sony probably sells a lot more consoles in developing countries compared to MS or Nintendo as they have very large distribution network around the world.

I also heard they like to just randomly throw PS3's into the ocean.....Sony does stuff like that when they are bored
