Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Didn't enjoy the demo. Keep in mind, this is the first "Castlevania" game I've played, so there won't be any 'this isn't like Castlevania' bias here. First of all, I didn't like the novel reading part with the overly-dramatic voice. Also, he reads so slow. I got bored halfway through his reading, and skipped the second one. Secondly, the writing was awful. I don't know if Castlevania has this type of writing or if its because of Lord Kojima. Who am I kidding? It's Kojima.

Combat was just average. We've seen this combat so many times, and Castlevania brings nothing new to the table. The only thing it does new is the no camera control, which is fail. I got killed by an enemy who was off-screen, and that really pissed me off. This is not a game I would like to spend 15 hours with.

Enslaved: Played it for about an hour at a friend's house, and I found the combat boring.

Sengoku Basura: Oh God. Oh God! I hated the demo. It's just another mindless button smasher, and the worst thing is nobody attacks you. I stood still for a couple of seconds, and no one dared to attack me. Your allies are the same; they don't attack. I like the premise of it: your army vs. another, but no one attacks. It's dull and lifess. The only people that attack are the bosses, but you have to go through those feeble, dumb enemies.

Fist of Something: I was going to check out the demo. I'll get back to you.

Majin: Don't care.

Need for Speed: Not a fan of racers.

Dead Rising 2: The first one was okay, but it got boring very quick. I fear this might be the same case, but I'll rent it down the road.

Kirby: Not interested

Wii Party: Not interested

I haven't purchased a Call of Duty game since the first Modern Warfare, but I would rather buy Black Ops than the ones you listed. At least I'll get some enjoyment out of it from the multiplayer portion, and the E3 showing looked very good.
