@ Demotruck prices did not change at all. still $199 for the 4GB SKU and $299 for the 250 GB SKU. Soon $299 for 4GB Kinect and $399 for 250GB Kinect.

The intersting part:

For FY11Q2 expected revenue growth: 30%!
For FY11 expected revenue growth about 25%!

So this tells us two things:

1. MS has no plans to cut price and expects Windows phone 7 series and Kinect to generate healthy revenue
2. MS will cut the price and expects Kinect and Windows Phone 7 series to sell like hotcakes.

Sorry for quoting myself but if you do the maths:

MS expects the revenue to grow about 2 billion USD next year for the EDD. That is a bold statement. Windows Phone 7 and Kinect are no doubt the biggest products for this division. If MS cuts the price of the Xbox 360, this might be hard to achieve.

What do you think? Do you think Kinect and WP7 can do much more than this? (They would have to in order to catch the less revenue made by the Xbox 360 console itself.)
