MS has done this so that their cream of the crop is going to be the casual gamer this fall. And just like how pachter predicted this coming spring, the 360 will see a price drop, along with a Kinect price drop. Both of these price drops will sky rocket sales. People enjoy the Kinect (including myself) enough to just play with this interface. Watching a movie is actually fun. It's amazing. LIterally. There is nothing in this room except you, your t.v, and your xbox 360 kinect bundle. And your watching t.v. No remotes, no controllers, just awesomeness. The interface alone drives people crazy (MS has actually done studies on just the interface alone, and they have yielded these results). |
