Make Gohan and Trunks not into such douches in the future would be a good start (talking about GT). I would also love to see Vegeta finally reaching Goku's level but still not being capable of beating him (as in SSJ3 vs. SSJ3). And yes, like another poster said, not shift all of the attention on Goku. One of the main reasons I loved the Cell Saga was because Goku wasn't the final hero in the battle.
He should just continue off from DBZ and scrap GT entirely.
