Not so, the gap in sales and shipments last Q was 1.7. They need to ship 3.4 to match that gap, but then 360's have been selling at a much much faster rate, so anything as low as 1 mill on shelves is possible. Actually if they posted 3.5 mill shipped we might see adjustments up.

And if MS posted less than 3.4m???
