Has to be the PS3 as a whole - from thedisappointing sales, to mismanaged PR, to the juggling models and prices, and to a slew of games that failed to meet expectations in terms of sales, quality, or both.
OK, as a Nintendo gamer who wil never own a PS3 (though my wife will), this doesn't disappoint ME specifically, but it has to be the biggest overall downer for the gaming communtity. For me, the biggest downer would be Microsoft's failure to bring the 360 down to $299 .
