Third platform would hardly change anything as DA:O shipped more than double compared to ME2 first quarter they were out. You just can't accept that your argument fails. By sales perspective there really isn't much reasons to change DA to be more like ME.

Its not just a matter of there being three platforms vs two.

Dragon Age was on two platforms that get most sales from physical copies. Mass Effect 2 was only on one. I don't think I've even seen physical copies of Mass Effect 2. I just presume they exist.

Also, who said DA is becoming more like ME? If anything its becoming more hack n' slash like Fable based on the video I saw.

The one character, the dialog wheel, the more action based combat. It all plays a part. That might be my biggest gripe with the whole deal, I preferred two individual, unique and quality games and now we get mass effect and mass effect swords edition.
