I've seen kinect in both "how i met your mother" and "NCIS Los Angeles". In HIMYM there was guy that had bought an xbox360 and a kinect standalone unit while in NCIS:LA (episode 2 of this season) the son of a woman that was a target for assassination was playing kinect adventyres and the blonde guy (from that NCIS unit) started playing with the kid.
I also saw some members of a gang playing halo reach in hawaii 5-0 (last week's episode).
This is much better than straight tv advertising, IMO since it works on the subconscious of the audiance.
